A generous gift from the family of the late artist Freeman Butts forms the bulk of this exhibition featuring a selection of works that joined the Yellowstone Art Museum's permanent collection during the past two years. From the realism of Bert Carpenter to the eccentric abstract assemblage by Richard Swanson, this exhibition is a cross-section of the diversity of the YAM's permanent collection.
